I posted this early but its quite a few post back and people seem to be getting lost again!!

If you go to Quai Branly then take a few steps right/down and go into Pont d'lena a few steps down there and you should find it, I can't get the map to go directly to Pont d'lena.

Edit : As the road is slight confusing and some people seem to be getting lost........you need to go on to the bridge until you get to the traffic cones.

My thinkng was that the clue related to the test-track that the DS3 (the car you can win) was tested at. Internet searches say "Satory-Versailles" and it was tested by Kimi Raikonnen "their 'King of the Road'. Can't find the track on the map though, and could be way off the mark.
