Becarefull about DealExtreme !

Dear All,

I placed an order to dealextreme.com for the first and the last time.

In my first order to DX I had faced 2 problems.

The most important problem is that DX Sent me wrong item. I had ordered a PAL system camera but they sent me NTSC camera. So the camera doesnt work with my TV and recorders. I told this by email first for 2 times to DX. Waited. No replies back.

Then because I couldnt get any reply I called them by phone. First they said they are going to deal with it. But now there is nothing done by DX to solve my any problems. Besides, when I wanted to call them again, the service said the phone number has been powered off!

DX do not cares after they sell anything . Becarefull! I'll write about this in other forums on WEB too...
