Hi, I have just this morning received my 2nd phishing e-mail from "Barclays" and "due to technical details please follow the link and provide us with your bank details" who falls for this ? For 1, I am not with the Barclays bank and never likely to be and 2 do they really think I am that stupid to provide bank details even if I were with Barclays, really with all the publicity about these scams surely they are hard pushed to get anyones bank details.
This is enough to put you off on-line banking......

Its got to the stage I am getting a Barclays one at lease twice a day! Its starting to get a bit endless. You would think that somehow they would be able to put a stop to these."Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

Forward any you get to Barclays as they can help get these sites and spammers shut down
The address to forward any email from them which you think is not really from them is: internetsecurity@barclays.co.uk0 -
I get loads of these from loads of different "banks", I used to forward them on but Barclays bounced one back as it contained a virus. It was a trojan that downloaded one of those 09 dial ups for a !!!!!! site, came in the room after my girls (over 18 fortunately) had been on the computer and there it was, pictures more suited to a medical text book frankly. I got all the details and complained to Icstis but they were hopeless.0

You can forward them to http://www.banksafeonline.org.uk/0

I've had one recently, sent it to Barclays and they sent a replying saying it had a trojan virus in it! Great! You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.
