Going to Turkey

Hi all my partner and i are going to turkey this month 22nd to 29th (7 days) we are looking for travel insurance but dont know what to get, We are looking for mainly if there is a problem with the company going bankrupt like there has been over past couple of months as once we go we wont be able to pay for hotel again or flights.(spent all our money for the holiday)
Not bothered about money or luggage as not taking much and little money as its an all inclusive package.
Any help would be gratefull
