Travel Insurance - Pre existing cond

Looking to go on holiday and need insurance for pre existing cond. Have looked at a couple of sites and some of them seem to want more than 6 months from diagnosis. Is that the case for all, I thought I had read an advert for one that doesn't ask for medical details but can't remember the name.
Thanks for any help.

Any insurers (to the best of my knowledge) requires disclosure of pre-existing conditions if you want them to quote terms for cover. Some will simply exclude all pre-existing conditions and I think this is probably what you are referring to.
Try direct travel (google) as they were very reasonable covering 2 x 50 yr olds and 1 17 year old (£80 p.a.) with several pre-existing between them.0 -
Thanks, will check this out.0
