I want this bag (satchel) BUT its so expensive.

My sister paid £650 for a Mulberry, and I was really envious until I saw the one she bought - it was the most hideous thing ever! We have very different tastes in bags.

Have you factored in the shipping, credit card $/£ conversion rate, customs duty, VAT and Royal Mail's iniquitous handling fee? Once you have the price of the Mulberry may look more reasonable!

I've only ever bought three.

One a prezzie for my DD & the other two are mine:D

Some times in the Shepton Mallet shop you can get them even less than half price:money:

Some gorgeous ones at Topshop, and within your budget too! It's sometimes hit and miss, but most of my bags from there have lasted well

Have you had a look at Nica bags, MrsE? I got a lovely satchel from there not long ago, and they are really quite cheap if you are still wanting something that doens't break the budget?

I saw this satchel in TJHughes, it looks like the Mulberry Alexa a bit if you squint , doesn't say if its leather....tres MSE!

I thought that to until I saw hers - hideous cow print or zebra print, something like that!
