    Morning, i've been AWOL again.

My total is about to take a bit of a dip, :(, OH has been given the option to repay a loan early with no penalties (Welcome are in trouble!) so we're paying £1000 to clear it but saving £300 in interest. Loan payment is being set up as a SO straight into the savings account.

Car insurance and MOT are due next week - argh.

College fee's are due - double argh.

Anyway, I'm very bored. At work (main job) and its mega quiet :(. Was working in the bar last night so I'm shattered!! Only made £10 in tips aswell, not a good night!!!

Nixi... thanks for the offer... that in itself means a lot!
No chance of a kip today as OH and DS are still at Beavers camp although they did come home last night and leave early.... DS deicded that he wanted a swim...in the fish pond! DD is okay, I just think that its worse at night with the itching and stinging from where she keeps taking the tops off the spots. She is in the bath at the moment and hopefully after a crafty dose of calpol and piriton I will try to get her to sleep. The worst thing is that she only wants me and I can't do anything to make it better, she doesn't even want to be touched at night....

A few more days and she should be okay.

Looks like no holiday next week as well....

Hi folks - just been catching up on the thread - and big hugs to all those who need some.

Cr*ppy weekend for me so far (though nothing on the scale of what some of you guys are going through). Someone tried to break into my car on Fri night, so need to take it to the garage tomorrow to see how much a new lock barrel might cost - may just have a blank plate fitted - should be cheaper and means they can't have another go. On the up side at least they didn't get the car (morons cleary couldn't read that it has an engine immobiliser so wouldn't have got anywhere anyway!). I only saw the damage when the guy came yesterday to spruce up my wheels where I've scuffed them. Not something I would normally pay for but thought 'why shouldn't I treat myself' - deff felt like a punishment for that - 'get back in line kerri and know your place, you shall not get to treat yourself without consequences'

was supposed to do the car boot today - woke up at 6.20am to it raning cats and dogs, looked like it was on for the day so we called it off..then got up 2hrs later to find the sun splitting the trees, would have been perfect weather :mad:

Ahh - almost looking forward to going back to work tomorrow, it can't possibly be as bad as this weekend :(

  • Mambury – Ouch, how is the little mite getting on is the itchiness getting any better?

Nikki – the total taking a knock isn’t a bad thing, so much better to be free and clear of the debt and with no penalties even better. Think about it what you would pay interest and all the rest is gone! Well done for paying it off. Sorry you feel so carp! What is it about bills why do they always seem to come out at the same time. Hope you get some rest you sound tired and fed up. Hugs

Kerri – you too sorry that you had a crappy one too. Sorry to hear about the car too and the car boot ***shakes head *** massive hugs to you hun.

Fingers crossed for everyone – here’s hoping that next week is a far better week for everybody. Big hugs to you all.

saucy hope you had a good flight.

Dilli glad you had a good weekend

mambury hope your DD is feeling better. I got chickenpox when I was 15 and had them really bad and can remember to this day how horrible it was. I had them literally everwhere and couldn't comb my hair properly for over a week.

I had a lovely weekend. My eldest son and partner came up for the weekend and we had a lovely family barbeque and my other sons on Saturday.
Yesterday I was really lucky and won £113 on the new JPJ free game. I was well chuffed.
Hope everyone is well and happy. Hugs to all who need them.

  • I had had a complete nightmare of a day.

Now my fibro is playing up dreadfully...I'm safe, though.

Will try to read back tomorrow, internet is terrible and phone's dont work at all.
