rosie you have good old mse financial savvy way to go
emm my nephew died 3 yrs ago come october its still weird that he is not at family gatherings ,when we moved house i found a couple of letters he had written that i didnt know i still had he always signed off as if he was the eldest member of the family and like to think he is still looking out for us ,its weird for my sister though you can see she isnt comfy no matter the occasion.
i think it all just takes time and it sounds like she was your best friend rather than sil ,oh's lot always play favourite song of the people who are no longer with us some have a we creet when they are played however it seems to give the people there the nod that they can enjoy the rest of the night as noone is pretending they are missing if you see what i mean.So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0 -
whooho hales thanks for my list had to go for a lie down do you think it was all that thinking today lol.

Thanks for sharing about your nephew elly - that's a lovely idea about playing the songs. I can't imagine how it must be for your sister, it's unthinkable to lose your child. My sis-in-law was 29, it's so hard to comprehend. You're right, she was a best friend, we'd do everything together with our OHs and it seems cruel that she's had all that cut short. Thanks for replying to my post - i deleted it because it sounded a bit self pitying, i didn't think anyone had chance to read it! xJust £10,852.28p to go...
Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";

Em,
I read your post but wasn't in a position to reply just then. However it did not sound self pityin. just sharing the reality of life and whats going on for you right now. The dribblers wouldn't be the group we are right now if we hadn't shared ourselves personally on here. the good bad sad and daft.
big big hugs to you.
my friends mum died last november and she was as much my friend as my friend is and had been like a second mum to me for about 17 yrs and so many get togethers and events seem so strange this year too. she wasn't young but she was an amazing person.
I am at a wedding this weekend too and will be thinking of you and sending you hugs.
