Are you looking to buy a house? Usually in the advert it tells you what sort of central heating it has, and in pictures you will see radiators on walls etc (if you go to view make sure you ask - for example in my situation I refused to even look at an electrically heated house)0

dannymccann is right ... almost.
The estate agents details will usually advise which services are connected ... but you should verify these yourself before buying the property.
Be aware that there are electrically powered boilers (as well as non-mains gas, or even possibly oil) so you can't necessarily tell the property has a gas supply simply by spotting water filled radiators on the wall."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
