Are LV, Bell or Admiral any good

Hello all

I have not been driving long so my car insurance is pretty expensive. I dont have to renew till October but am trying to do the ground work as Direct Line seem to want silly money on my current car. Liverpool Victoria, Bell and Admiral are coming up as a fair bit cheaper. I had a search around and nothing shocking is coming up about them, but I wondered if anyone had any opinions on them or horror stories if you had to claim

Thanks

LV for me.. always had excellent service
  • I have been with Admiral up until this year for a long time. Always good to deal with and helpful. Only switched provider as my renewal was much higher than any other quote. Plan to go back to Admiral this month though.

Another one popped out of the woodwork...time to work hard again!
  • Thanks for the replies so far, LV and Admiral look particularly reasonable so was hoping they're not dodgy.
