Hi,
I have a lease on a commercial business unit. The previous tennant had all services disconnected due to non payment. The electricity was cut off by the supplier after they obtained a court warrant and the gas meter was disconnected and taken away.
I have resolved all of these problems but I am curious to know if bad debts are registered against a business premises and if so what can I do to sort any problems out ?
Regards

Debts belong to the person/legal entity, not the address.
What type of problems have you incurred since you leased the property at least 5 months ago?
Could any problems you experienced actually be the result of your own recent debt issues/bankruptcy?"Now to trolling as a concept. ....
