my bread seems quite 'holey' in texture and quite firm/dense. Is this how home made bread is like. Also where do you store it?

    Thank you

You can freeze it Tracy, to be honest there are only two of us that eat bread at home so we just leave it on the side with a teatowel wrapped around it as we don't have a breadbin I usually cut a loaf in half and freeze half. The other half lasts a day or two but we usually use it for toast on the 2nd day.

Baked the first loaf last night using the fast bake function. Have to say the bread is great tasting and lovely and light. What a fantastic thing, our next loaf is currently being kneeded and will be ready in an hour or so!

    Thanks Everyone for your help.
