My late husband had credit cards with Lloyds TSB, MBNA, Egg and American Express, they all had PPI which I believe was miss sold. Does anyone know if I can reclaim the PPI for my late husbands estate?
Thanks

I would say "Yes" to this one. If you are able to deal with his affairs then I sure you can do this. There have been posts on here before similar and it has been possible. I am sure others will be along to post and give their views. My late husband had credit cards with Lloyds TSB, MBNA, Egg and American Express, they all had PPI which I believe was miss sold. DO you have copies of agreements etc and were any in joint names perhaps?0 -
I don't have any copies of agreements etc, but I think I can get them. None were in joint names. Cheers Judithmarshallka wrote: »I would say "Yes" to this one. You can complain on behalf of someone else but obviously you cannot "claim" that things were not said as you were not party to the conversation. In those cases, it can be more difficult. If its purely an admin/automated process that was gone though then its evidence based so not an issue.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Is there a balance on any of the cards? If so, does the PPI include life cover that would pay the balance towards your husband's estate? Are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation? :cool:0
