Probably only me confused.......!!! The range looks like those in the shop to me........ Can't you go in and see? Whatever you settle for, beware anything high gloss..... Shows every mark and can sometimes scratch easily.... That's why I avoided the gloss countertop with my kitchen (the Tiverton).

Hi Mary
Yes I can see why you are confused. I'm confused as the take away kitchens look nearly the same as the other ones in the main kitchen brochure AND I went in store today and you can't really see any difference except the price!!! The kitchen doors are high gloss, I think this would be ok but I've heard to avoid gloss worktops. What worktops did you have (if you don't mind me asking)?0 -

That's a really good question....... Ahhhh! Found it..... Wilsonart Russet matt. Goes fine with the kitchen but (with hindsight) would've been better with one that had a 'ripple' surface (stuck to describe this better) as the countertop does seem to want a lot of wiping....... Ah, well... Less germs I guess!! It probably isn't in your mind but avoid a ceramic hob..... Show every greasse mark!!

You can see the details here (if the link's worked!) - basically it's £445 for a 3m length in the normal width, or for a 2.4m length in a wider width. The good thing is that this is for a really thick worktop, not the skinny little topping of wood you get with some kitchens.Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
