Should we wait another weekend

We purchased a pick-up only item on ebay on 28 August. We made payment via paypal within a few days. Seller contacted us to say that there was a problem (believe she didn't want to upgrade her account) and we agreed for her to return the payment. It was returned, but we refused to do anything until the cleared funds were back on our credit card. This happended on 6 Sept. We then attempted to pick up that weekend (8-10 Sept) but she said it wasn't convenient - could we do it this weekend. We said fine, but she had another excuse this weekend.

Now we don't know if we really should try this all again for next weekend (22-24 Sept) or pull out of the sale, in which case what would be the best way to do this, so that we don't get any negative feedback.

Guess email/phone her again and say you either want to pick it up on <insert date> or you'll just pull out of buying it. Tell them you're tired of being messed around and you need the item now, not whenever it suits her.

Just a crazy idea... won't the seller take cash? (They'd be crazy not to)

No we agreed that because it was collection, that we would pay cash then.

It is just agreeing the collecting that has been a major problem. She thinks the world revolves around her.

Phoned her last night and said she either gives us a firm collection date / time or we pull out.

She was so full of it, I swear I will never buy from someone with such low feedback / experience, but we collect this weekend.
