Do you definitely get a statement and voucher every 4 months or do you need to have a certain amount of points?

I seem to be missing some but I am sure I haven't lost any.

I believe they will send you a statement if you have earned enough for £1 i.e. 100 points gained, although they may send you a statement anyway if you have not received 100 points in the period and possibly send you some of the extra points/money off coupons to encourage you to spend more with them.

The vouchers normally go out four times a year - Feb., May, Aug., & Nov. though last year, Tesco did an extra mailing in Dec., and this year they've done an extra one in March (Easter).
For this mailing the minimum amount of points to get a cash voucher is 150.
If you're saving vouchers, and you think they may some missing in the sequence, give Clubcard a ring and they can check your voucher history - and put back to points any lost vouchers.

I had my little petrol clubcard points come 2 weeks ago, still waiting on my big amount and mothers also. I hope they come as i want to use double up and it will be really unfair if they have to reissue and we miss it!

When does double up end??

Reward Exchange ends on the 5th Sept - and yes that is before any 'reissues' will arrive.
