I usually have mine by now but still waiting. emailed clubcard as I thought they'd gone missing but it's reassuring that others haven't got theirs yet either.

Now is not the time to panic! That comes on the 21st, do you call to arrange a reissue - which won't arrive until after the Exchange offer has closed, or do you wait a bit longer!?? You have until the 4th Sept to decide (or the 3rd if that was a Sunday), any later and its November!

Not had mine yet. Am gutted as was planning to use them for school holidays this summer!

Tesco are really messing up for me at mo.

Sent off for RAC membership with £30 worth of points, waited 2 wks only to discover RAC had 'lost' the paperwork. It was only when I said I had a Certificate of Posting and threatened to complain to Tesco that they suddenly found my paperwork! Strange that!! Mmmmmm.......

Then placed 2 orders with Tesco clothing in last few mnths to receive 500 point and 1000 point bonus - again for the summer. When I rang to get an update, they said they'd only given me 750 points and that, yes, it WAS their error! They wanted to give me the points they owed me in the November statement!! Good job I checked, eh? Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I have never known how to get air miles or convert my vouchers into anything else. Granted I don't do much shopping at Tesco and my average voucher value is around £9, could anyone tell me if it's worth changing them into anything else/saving them up or what? , and how would I do it.

Your £9 vouchers can be transferred into various rewards with Tesco's partners at 4 times their voucher value!

The bottom of my Tesco receipt says I should receive the Clubcard vouchers by 18/08/2010
