Amazon market place, book not yet arrived

How long should a buyer wait until they get worried. One book took 3 days the other has not arrived after a week. I said wait till Wed..... ( I always get mine off the next day and email saying its gone!).

but what then? If they have not heard from the seller and no book, what is the next step....who do you contact?

amazon say within 3 working days from the time the sale has been completed

So as a week has passed ...do you think they should contact..... amazon? the seller?

Contact the seller first to see if there is an explanation. I had a problem a few months ago where Amazon didn't send me any emails when an item was sold and I ended up receiving rude emails from buyers.

Bear in mind you have two days to post... and 2nd class can take a while.

Did they make sure the seller is in the UK? Many Amazon sellers are in the US and books can take two to three weeks to arrive.

It a college text book...so think its the uk!!
