I have not been on here for a long time. I want to let you all know to keep pursuing these rip off companies and use the templates that have been provided on here because it works. I have had an offer from the company i have a loan with for the return off my ppi+ interest it is a substanial amount and i will be needing clarification on whether to accept the offer. I,m not being greedy i just need to understand if i will get my arrears paid off and money back to me or will the amount be taken off the loan account.. I think either way i have beaten them with the help of the templates off here,so just keep at these rip off merchants. My case didn't even get to the f.o i will put and extract on to hopefully give hope and get some advice on what to do with the offer .. Back soon im not great with computers i have no financial or business back ground so i think if i can all can do it

Well done :j:j they pay you back what is left after any arrears are paid back to the loan. If you post your figures up i am sure you will get help with these xpost them on here

Thanks for your reply, im a bit worried to reveal any figures at the moment as i have not agreed to the offer. Its not that i dont want to its just that the wording says private and confidential between both parties so just a little bit worried incase someone from this company clocks my post as this is a substantial amount on offer...

Yes, that is correct, the remaining of the money after the arrears have been sorted will be refunded direct to you plus interest as well.:beer:

THANKS FOR THAT di3004 i think the acceptance form will be getting signed. i have had no breakdown of how much it will reduce my monthly repayments but i suppose that will only come after i have accepted , working it out for myself over the remainder of the loan it will probably save me nearly 50k now thats WOW factor. at least i will be able to pay off some other debts and still manage to get by each month .. i will keep you posted as to the outcome and thanks again

Is this fp by any chance? either way stuff the confident part they cannot do anything about this, they have upheld your claim and that is all that matters. This company (whoever they are ) will not be on the statistics of claims of mis sell against them as i bet the offer was a good will gesture? post your figures if you want to know if they have redressed right, As this may be "we have robbed you and we dont want anyone else to know we have":rotfl::rotfl:
Btw you will get all premiums for ppi paid to date back to you with interest after the arrears have been taken off (if any) so if you have paid 24 months of ppi at £60 you get this x 24 with interest, you dont get all ppi back that you have not paid yet, hope you understand what i am saying x
