Yes, I know what you mean. And actually, although I was happy for my daughter to have the MMR (well....maybe not happy, but satisfied it was the best option for us) I did refuse to allow her to have the swine flu vaccine last year. I didn't get any pressure from my doctor or health visitor about this, although I did get a lot of barbed comments from other parents along the lines of 'oh yes, you obviously don't care about her health, ha ha ha', you know, joke with a jag sort of thing.
So it was just out of genuine curiosity that I was wondering if you were anti-immunisation or anti MMR specifically. It is, as another poster said, a very emotive topic.0 -
