Is this what happens during a stagnant property market, we spend more time talking about what we`re talking about, rather than about house prices ?
This is what happens when:
- Talking about rises
- Talking about falls
- Talking about stagnation
- Debating whether down actually means up
- Moneyweek is mentioned by some looney who actually wants to discuss something.
- Trend lines, don't even go near trend lines. They don't curve, but they do curve, but they only curve when they curve, otherwise they don't curve....but theres no way on earth they can actually possibly curve.
- Any time really2 talks at me
- Posting any graph / chart / doodle / tracing / watercolour. Especially "the" graph...that one creates a riot.
- Centre for Economics is mentioned.
