On completing and submitting this competition, you will automatically be entered into a draw for a table for ten people in the Pavilion Restaurant, Ascot Racecourse on 25th September 2010. Prize also includes Premier admission badges for 10 people, car park label per two people, three course luncheon, half a bottle of wine each from the Ascot Selection, late afternoon tea and cakes, racecard per person, exclusive betting facility, two half pint beer vouchers per person and travel expenses up to the value of £250. This prize is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative in lieu of tickets. Gates open at 11am with the first race starting at 1.55pm. Please see ascot.co.uk for further information. Dress code applies. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a jacket or collared shirt and smart attire for ladies. Smart denim is accepted, strictly no rips. Trainers and sleeveless vests are not allowed. The promoter accepts no responsibility for loss of items, injuries or accidents that may occur during the visit. If the prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and replace it with something of equal or greater value. Travel to Ascot, up to the total sum of £250, to be reimbursed after the event by submitting receipts to Kelly Barnes, The British Horseracing Authority, 75 High Holborn, London WC1V 6LS.
