Put it in your shopping basket, then when you check out you can select collect in store. HTH

Good luck with getting one. The Slough store is showing stock. You can reserve online then when you go to collect you are told there are none available. This seems to happen frequently with this company.

I reserved one at the Dundee store and got a phone call saying they only had 1 left, was slightly damaged, had a small crack inb the back of one of the chairs and I could have it for £20... I tried to haggle but they were having none of it (if you don't ask you don't get), so I said I would take it. I will look at it when I get it and if it;s fixable I will buy it, if not I will leave it.
  • Reserved one to be picked up at the Cambridge store. I'll phone ahead before picking up because it also states that the price may change, don't want to go all the way there to find it's full price or out of stock. But if I do get it it'll be perfect as I'm moving in a few weeks and will need a garden set :D

They have identical chairs also on sale, if it's not repairable you could perhaps replace the broken one with them.

If using reserve and collect, don't forget topcashback :)
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!

Well I ended up with an even better deal! The chair is fixable and they even knocked more money off so got the whole set for £17.91!! Very pleased with my fab bargain!!

Stacks of these at the FARNBOROUGH store - just inside the entrance (before you go into main store - where they usually have the plant trays). Also loads more stacked up inside the store just opposite the entrance (this was about 7pm tonight)
  • Thanks OP. Just reserved one for my mum.

Thought these would be a suitable replacement for a similar set i got from B+Q 5 years ago as they need re varnishing.

However the set is very flimsy and the wood used is thinner than my old set so didn't bother, it just didn't seem very strong or sturdy to me
