That is true - HR is very competitive - I'd suggest looking for a position as an administrator, get more experience and then in a year apply either within the company or with someone else0

HR is competitive but what about trying it in a big public org. like the NHS or local council? Loads of opportunities there0

Thanks all. I know it will be hard, but i do have alittle experiance anyway of hr and i know i'll have to start at the bottom that is why i'm applying for hr admin/assistant posts.
