microsoft office files missing

Where has my Microsoft Office gone also System Restore On XP and loads of other things. When I click All Programs the list of things has gone I can't even restore to another date as the System Restore is there but when the pointer goes on to it it displays Empty. Help I'm drowning

Begin with a scan for Malware(though check to see what is working in Safe Mode:
Put all four versions of Rkill as well as Malwarebytes' AntiMalware on to a USB drive. Start up your machine and run the version of Rkill that works on your PC. Chances are that the .exe version will not work. Once you have found a version that works, you may be able to install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes. Once completed, 'Remove Selected' and Re-boot. Open the program, go to 'Logs' and post the .txt log here. Then run a Full Scan and repeat.0
