Google Search Issue Help!!

So, I type in the Google search box a word, say Travelodge, then hit the search button and my search resets and goes blank, I do the same again with another search and another word and yes the box resets and goes blank. Any ideas?????

odd, bit more info needed though. which browser are you using, and are you using any addons with it?

Pretty sure someone will ask you to download HijackThis and post a log too..

Also which search box top right or in the middle of your browser window. But as rdpro says more info needed browser/windows/linux you get the idea

Hi Im using Windows 7 IE and it's the browser in the centre of my screen HTH

Hi FreddieM, What version of IE are you using? have you tried to reset internet settings? click on Tools>options>advanced tab to do this. Have you tried a different browser firefox/chrome/opera are all free.

Your not in China are you by any chance

I've sometimes noticed this on other search engines.
In those cases pressing the 'Enter' (return) key instead of the 'search' or 'go' button seems to work.

More likely a virus or malware.....
