In my experience,if they advertise in "Yellow Pages" you can be sure you WILL be ripped off,and that goes for 99% of call out businesses that advertise in that book.Political?....I dont do Political....well,not much!0

I had a blocked drain and used rated people. Some one got back to me straight away and done the job for a fixed price. The same can be said for my builder. My builder tends to get me more responses I've used them for plumbers and electricians.
I think the drain company I used was lance-tech maintenance !0 -
One suspects after 2 Years, OP solved the blockage. Either that or they are responsible for all the flooding in the UK.
