You could book her in for a specal pamper day somewhere really nice my friend has been to the hilton in edinburgh but I prefer Stobo outside peebles ( i never relax but found the atmosphere very destressing. They also do lots of specal offers- if you can afford to stay over you can visit peebles nearby ).
Failing that jewellery is a really good idea, you could maybe try somewhere a bit unusal I always find Princess square in Glasgow a great inspiration for presents.0 -
