  • The present is for my very best friend, she is 40 years old and price dosn`t matter. I want to give her something that she can always treasure

Why dont you get a CD made of all the No.1s, for every birthday.
You can check them at hit40uk.com/birthday.

  • If its something to be kept and treasured in that case for me it would have to be jewellery.

If its something different what about a limousine ride followed by afternoon tea or dinner somewhere. Saw a great looking PINK one yesterday.

Or how about a day at a posh spa somewhere for both of you.

    :)
  • should have said she is moving into her first home
  • ah.. well you could get her something nice for the house but personally I would still go for jewellery :)
  • I agree buying for the house isn`t really personal any other ideas
  • How about a set of photos that reflect your time together, or book a photo shoot and get some taken, you could have a selection, glam ones and funny ones.

She could hang some in the new house.

I could reccommend someone in Edinburgh who is very good and lovely to work with

Since you said price doesnt matter i would go for 18ct gold chain with diamond pendant - depends on her personal taste tho but jewellery is always good :)

or go in to harvey nichols next to st james in Edin and you should find something very special
Never do things tomorow when you can do them today.
