This is my latest project, using scary hands from Poundland.
  • I have just seen your great Halloween piece using a Poundland scary hand! Have you bought the hand this year? I was wondering whether you had taken it from a hanging skeleton! :j

Check out the Poundland website for loads more great Halloween products at the Amazing Value price of £1 each!

As a follower of flyingpig58's bl*g, I can tell you that she did get the hands from Poundland this year, they came in a pack of 10 hands!

I only wish we had a Poundland, there are so many bargains to be had.

On the Halloween theme, I made these lanterns last night:

(On my bl*g) They are simply made with tracing paper wrapped around a jar.
I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderful

  • yep ..... hands from POUNDWORLD - they are a rigid plastic ....and I got a couple of packets as I can see that they can be used for all sorts of other things.

If you don't have a POUNDWORLD I have found the same hands in Pure Party - which is a branch of Clintons that sells Fancy Dress and party stuff - but they Cost £1.99 for just 6 hands - they also have a "nice" bag of skulls ...... but again a bit pricey !

This is what I believe is called a Sour Cream Carton????

I've drawn the web myself as I couldn't find a suitable paper to use.

The spider is from a mixed bag of Halloween novelties from Poundworld that I have sprinkled with mirco glitter. The spider is fastened on using a hot glue gun.
