How do you make a business a franchise

Can any one tell me how to turn a business in to a franchise or point me in the right direction. :j

There are companies that will do all all the legal work for you, that is generally the best way to do it as franchise contracts are very complex. You'll also need to get some stuff in place such as registering trademarks for your brand etc.

If you can give brief details I can cover some of the basics here. Otherwise the main franchise sites will have adverts for companies that can help.
