i recieved a letter from lloyds today upholding my complaint about missold loan ppi
they say to sign the acceptance form, to accept their offer but appart from upholding my complaint they have not made an offer ie £££.i think this is strange to accept their offer when i dont know what it is.
is this normal procedure for lloyds??
can someone help to workout how much this offer should be
thanks in advance

Hi Totally normal.
Sign the acceptance form and send it back they should have told you that they will sort it out in lline with the FOS guidelines. they will say to give them a month. After a month you will get another letter with their workings out and they then tell you it will be up to 3 weeks before it goes into your account.:mad:0 -

Well done to you & Congratulations!
As Maxdp says, this is normal, and especially for lloyds, they should inform you of the figures soon.
Again, well done!:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I am in the same situation but I asked for them to write to me with a detailed breakdown of exactly what they are proposing, and they said it would take a couple of weeks but that it was no problem.0

i am in the same position, i was told to sign the forms and any refund would be processed within 28 days, so after 28 days and not hearing anything i called them to find they have still not done the calculations!! so was given a date for two weeks time, well that finishes tomorrow and i have still not heard anything!! it has now been 6 weeks since they recieved my acceptance forms,
will i ever get it back?? 28 days turned into 42 days and still nothing,
anybody got any suggestions? any contacts for managers i could email??
just want the money back i'm rightfully owed!!0 -

Hi there
Bl**dy Lloyds!
Have you also tried emailing them and copying your email on to the Chief Executive officer (CEO)
Customer.Care.Insurance@lloydsTsb.co.uk
Keep at them, you will get your money back, but I know Lloyds do not rush with paying out, hopefully you won't be waiting too long now, fingers crossed.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
