just received my delivery 12o cans of diet pepsi as ordered although the delivery was 15 minutes late.I wish I was brave enough to ring and complain because I'm sure I've read on here somewhere if late delivery you don't pay delivery charge.120 cans for £5!!

I rang when the were half and hour late and he removed the delivery charge. They finally arrived 1 hour late. So 120 cans of full fat pespi for a fiver, yay.

By the way the man on the phone said he'd take of the delivery charge I didn't ask, I just phoned to see if my delivery was coming

Whats more I keep tripping over the 13 x 6 packs in the hall and I can't drink any of it as they stated they may have to collect them back from me!!

I could do with a drink as trying to make there call centre people understand left my mouth rather dry!

I assume my local store is mansfield, notts as i live in chesterfield. I am far from happy too. I will wait till tomorrow evening when i get home from work, if they havnt replied to my complaint god help them, especially if its been a tough day.

Had my delivery at 8:20 this evening (Already had a Tesco delivery before 6pm :j ) and I'm not happy.

How many 12 packs should I have? I've been given 4 Pepsi Max, so 6 12 packs undelivered. I thought del note was showing 8 to be delivered?

I've called Customer Services because I'm not too happy but it was an Indian Call Centre and they can't view my Delivery Note until the driver gets back to the store :mad: So the lady said she would call me tomorrow afternoon, I'll be calling in the morning though :rolleyes:


Asda are pants, got a Tesco order earlier everything was available and delivered.

hi dont post very often but

my local store is also mansfield and i only got 1/2 my delivery tonight. 5 cases not 10. i phoned the 08453007771 number and was told the manager would phone me tomorrow and arrange delivery of the other 5 packs.

the delivery driver was also going to chase it up and said he'd also just delivered 5 packs to someone else so that one must be wrong to!
