What's This on My Router Log??????

Hi

I have Virgin Cable BB with a NetGear WNR2000 router with WPA-PSK (TKIP) + WPA2-PSK (AES) security switched on.

I've just gone into my router's log for today and found this entry:-

[DoS Attack: ACK Scan] from source: 149.254.251.10, port 443, Thursday, August 12,2010 10:30:10

I've no idea what this is but the word "attack" worries me - does anybody know what this is?

Thanks

    Brilliant, thanks very much!

I tried to look up the IP address - obviously was looking in the wrong place. :rotfl:

    Panic over - thanks again.

Looks like a smartphone attack. If its not yours/know to you send an email to T-mobile with the relevant info.

    abuse@t-mobile.co.uk

But don't worry yourself about it. The router blocked it your fine.

Right if you download an app called network info. If you have a qr reader (barcode reader) scan below.

    img.php?s=8&d=market%3A%2F%2Fsearch%3Fq%3Dpname%3Aau.com.bizmagic.networkinfo

Use that to work out your external ip being both 3G connection and wifi.

    Then post here. The results.
