I recently moved into a flat and had a shower installed by the plumber who has done a lot of work for me 3 months on my shower doors fell off fault in the manufacturing I was told I have wrote to the manufacturers and have given them 14 days to reply and was assured by there customer service that it would be sorted but to no avail what do i do now HELP.

Who bought the shower you or the plumber? If the plumber then your fight/contract is with him. Otherwise just keep calling and escalate if no joy.0
