Postie just came to the door with two large parcels.

The first parcel contained two lanyards three Domino Records cds and two different NME Icons T-shirts, all from NME.

The second contained a clear wash bag with Nelsons pure and clear full size moisturiser, full size facial wash and full size daily wipes. In the parcel was also some blemish gel and a five pounds boots gift card! What's more, if I send a picture of myself after a month of using the products I'll recieve a 200ml bottle of Arnicare, an arnica bath and massage balm.

Literally the best day for freebies I've ever had - and it's only 8:35 :D

OMG I'm on the Nelsons list have been for ages and heard nothing about this. well done those who got it..:j

Well done Reverbe! It's wonderful to win something you really need and appreciate.

When between jobs many, many years ago I had to take out a credit card to pay the phone bill. With the card was a slogan competition and such competitions were my hobby. I won £1000 three weeks before Christmas. We (self and kids, then 15 and 10) had our best Christmas ever.

I got a silicone garlic peeler with the money I had left over from my My Surveys £25 Amazon Voucher, having bought a lovely Timex watch the other week. The peeler came today.
If there are any fellow Amazon Viners on here, it's Vine Night.... so I may have more on the way by 8.05.

I am part of the Vine scheme but it's not a freebie site...it's meant for considered and insightful reviews to be written. Sorry if I sound like I'm being mean but I've been a member for 4 years and it's gone up the wall lately with people eBaying things and using it as a free gift service.

You are quite right, Flickering Ember, it isn't a freebie site as such, and I'd like to think that the many reviews I posted before I was a member were insightful... and that those since have been too. I genuinely wouldn't dream of e-Baying anything I got on Vine, though that does leave me in possession of a really useless Breville toastie maker and the world's fastest slow cooker.

Anyway, this month I got £15's worth of AA batteries (Amazon Basics). It will be interesting to see how they perform up against Kodak from the poundshop and Duracell as they fall between the two in price, though are nearer Duracell.
