Cheap Reliable Email Forwarding for Domain Name

Hi,
I've got a domain name I use for my email such that everything sent to that domain comes to my actual email address.
I originally used the email forwarding service provided by my domain name registration service (registerfly.com) but I found they did anti-spam using blacklists that blocked certain messages. Most importantly they blocked Martin's money tips! I complained but they wouldn't do anything about it.
I switched to free email forwarding from ZoneEdit.com. They use SpamCop supplied blacklists which you can't switch off. They let Martin's email through but they are variably blocking a relative of mine who is using Freeserve/Wanadoo as it seems Wanadoo keeps appearing on SpamCop's blacklist every other week. They were more helpful but I don't want to have to keep putting in a support call every time they block something.
Does anyone know a reliable email forwarding service please that either doesn't do blacklisting or allows control over the blacklisting so I can reliably let through the email I want to let through?
It doesn't have to be free but reasonably cheap would be good!
Thanks
Bonzer
