can i transfer more than 1 balance?

wa-hey, i think i've been accepted for the &more ccard, got the email saying they're sending my agreement by post. surprised because i've only just transferred my balance onto a lloyds advance card at 5.5% LOB.

Just wondering if i would (depending on how high the limit is) be able to transfer my other card, virgin @ 15.9% onto it too?
many thanks

You can transfer as many balances as your credit limit will accomodate in my experience.

They should allow you (depending on limit) to transfer more than 1 balance on to it. However they will charge a fee for each and every balance you transfer
  • ok thanks for the replies!!
thought there were no transfer fees with the &more offer?

If you transfer balances from credit or store cards within 6 months of account opening, your interest rate is fixed at 3.9% p.a.for the life of the balance, however long it takes to clear and there's no handling charge.

  • Is it possible to pay off an over draft with a credit card ? The credit card is mastercard and the overdraft is with Lloyds tsb.

You can shift a credit card balance to another credit card. Transferring an overdraft is not so straightforward.

The Marks & Spencer card does not provide this facility. In fact, only a few rather special credit cards have the capability. For an explanation, please click on *Super BTs* in the black box at the top of this board, then come back here if you have further questions.

To help you further, we need to know which credit card(s) you currently hold.
