Should I take this LOB balance transfer offer

Hiya, I have £14,500 credit card debt across 4 cards, mostly on low life of balance deals. I have £2,800 on a Santander card with the 0% deal ending soon, which I am looking to transfer.
I have applied for another card for 0% balance transfer and been declined. Barclaycard have offered me 6.9% LOB with a 2.5% fee. Should I take this, or carry on phoning round?
