I have read on here somewhere a guideline price of approximately £400 fitted per replacement double-glazed upvc window.
I would like to know the guideline prices for
a) Front door and glazed side panel
b) Traditional french doors with 2 side panels
c) Back door
I know this is like asking how long is a piece of string ... but am doing so anyway!
btw they have to be Georgian glazing to fit in with character of house and surrounding ones.
Thank you in advance.

Prices vary depending on the quality of the product.
Generally, if you want quality, expect to pay...
- £500 - £600 per window
- £1000 upwards for a upvc door.
- £1800 upwards for French doors.
Costs can be cut down depending on the rating of the glass, if brickwork is/isn't required etc etc etc
The list goes on, but as I say if you want quality be sure to have the money for it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Thank you for that.
Have had an estimate from a local family firm (long established) recommended by neighbour and it comes within the guidelines you have given.0
