Magic Life Manar Imperial changing to First Choice Holiday Village Tunisia

Hi All.
I have booked to go to the Holiday Village in Tunisia which is currently the Magic Life Manar Imperial. we are going in May 2011. I was just wondering if anyone knows if anything will change? The hotel is currently a Thomson and is changing to a First Choice., but aren't they the same company?
Has anyone been to the hotel before? what is included in the All inclusive? as the first choice brochure doesn't go into much detail.
Also I am taking my 3 year old daughter on her first holiday abroad, she has cerebral palsy and can't walk. She is being assessed for a mobility buggy which we will probably have to take, so does anybody know if the resort is ok for disabled? we did ask the rep but because it was new to first choice the answers were vague.
Also have never been to Tunisia, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have heard you cannot take or bring back the currency is this true? does anyone know what the weather is like in May?
We are leaving from Exeter airport does anyone know of cheap parking? and am also on the look out for travel insurance?
