Mobile Phone Insurance

Hi all, I am after some advice.

My gran has found herself in some financial difficulty, and I have been helping her with paperwork and things and discovered a contract from the Carphone Warehouse for Mobile Phone insurance, at £25 a quarter which she has beeen paying for 3 years. I am convinced she didnt really understand what it was for, or how much it would be, or infact even wanted it.

Has anyone had any success in claiming anything like this back before?

Sorry to hear this.

I think its possible, just like any other policy that have been mis sold to make a reclaim, so no harm in giving it a go.
