I am selling chain free and the property is empty

I bought a place with my husband, and want to sell mine and he is renting his.
I don't want to be a landlady (especially after reading some of the threads here on the Forums) so I just want to get rid.
Started with a high price (fooled by the EA) lowered it quickly after 2 weeks, and then lowered it a few more times. Now just put it in a second agent but no luck yet...
Next monday will lower the price again if there is no movement over the weekend...
*sigh*
At least I have a quite low mortgage rate at the moment...0 -

I'm selling chain free too due to job relocation. Just glad my mum can put me up until I've sold because all of my money is tied up in this place

Am a cash buyer so am chain free just having sold my house and down sizing but I can't find a house to move to! In the last 6 weeks I've seen 3 probate houses 2 divorce sales and 2 mortgage default houses and 1 yesterday who was going overseas for work. Also seen 3/4 empty properties too. Not sure why this was though.0
