I was after a little advice
bought charger off seller and it doesnt fit my laptop although it states in the description that it does. I sent email about this and returned for a refund.
Today I recieved £2 less than i paid but not sure if they are right or wrong.
here are the terms
"If your item is faulty we will offer you a repalcement item free of charge or a refund. The buyer must pay for the faulty item to be sent back to us before any refund is issued so that we can send it away to be fully tested. Alternatively if you are not 100% happy with your item then we will offer you a refund for the item, minus the cost of postage. The buyer must pay for the item to be sent back to us at their own cost. All claims for reunds must be made within 30 days of purchase."
Imo it is faulty as it wouldnt fit my laptop, the original postage cost on the item was free. Should i get my £2 back or are they right?
Thanks in advance

thats what i thought and as a result emailed asking for my £2 back, i know its not a lot but its still my money0 -
Did you send the item tracked? If so open a dispute in paypal and give the tracking details. You should then be able to escalate the dispute and the seller will have ro refund the full initial payment.
If you didn't send it tracked, maybe the seller will refund the £2 if you ask nicely. My daughters are my world0
