creepy crawlies hatching out on kitchen wall inside

these critters are furry, with black heads, are just inside the kitchen door and have scared the life out of me..

any clues, there are eggs to, clear ones
have had a lot of moths, so it could be moth eggs?

    have put them in an air-holed container with some lettuce.

    If they eat the lettuce, all well and good

    If they eat the container, I'm calling in the exterminators!

    no the lettuce is still there, although they have climbed to the top of the pot and heading for the airholes

    sorry picture is very blurry - try looking on this site http://www.whatsthatcaterpillar.co.uk/, you can also post pictures and they will ident them for you. Suggest a clearer picture tho, try putting them on a darker surface perhaps?

    My suggestion would be some kind of moth lava.
  • Get a dustpan and brush, sweep them up and toss them on a patch of a lawn out of the way. The birds will love you for it.
