IVA, house tied in and seperated from wife
Hi, need a bit of advice.
My house is tied into my IVA so that equity can be released in year 5. I have just seperated from my wife and am currently moving out into rented accomadation, if I am removed from the mortgage is the property still legally tied into the IVA??
My wife needs to know as she is goint to be living there with our two children.

I have just been trawling through the posts as ive recently come to the same situation as you. Have you managed to get any help or advice, would appreciate any views or light you can shed? Hope you've got sorted, not many posts on here relate to our situation!
