In way, they're right, but in another way they're wrong.

You can get full time support if you go part time. You have to be enrolled on a full time course, but studying it on a part-time basis due to illness though.

That seems to be what Student Finance England do with all paperwork. At least now we know!

I'm actually at an LEA, where we're allowed to use common sense in our processing. SFE expect all cases to be textbook.
