IVA, the "Common Financial Statement" and funeral expenses

although nearing the end of our IVA (originally with DebtMatters, then transferred to PayPlan) I have been trying to find out what 'categories' are on a Common Financial Statement as I have encountered a couple of things which have left me a bit baffled.
Last year we put on a sum on our income/expenditure form for our daughters year 6 school camp (we had to get funding from the school and they let us have it half price) which was not queried by PayPlan at the time, but during the course of the discussions I've been having with PayPlan with regard to her year 7 camp this year (again we have had to get a grant through a school fund), they have said it classes as a 'holiday' and is not permitted by our creditors - they have said that the sum we quoted last year for the camp payments was not transferred to our budget sheet so it would appear that we had surplus income which we certainly didn't - and no one told us this last year. I'm not very happy about this and it doesn't seem very consistent. As I've been looking into this on another forum I saw a sample template of someones income and expenditure statement and it included a monthly sum for holidays - so I'm confused!
We also had a close family bereavement 3 months ago and family members who paid for the funeral would like us to contribute something, but Payplan wont allow a 'retrospective' payment break to repay our family, and have said that our creditors would expect us to repay them rather than our families who stumped up for the funeral. To be honest the last thing we were thinking of at the time was our IVA payments and its only now our family are gently hinting that we should try to contribute, although they know our circumstances.
Not been a great year, but we are nearer the end of the tunnel than the beginning!
Any advice would be helpful - cheers!
