Reclaim need help

Hi Folks,
looking for some advice on reclaim i have won threw 3rd party,but have problem with them, when took call they said no charge & nothing about any % if they won ,but i asked them what was in it for them guy phone said i should not worry how they make money so i let them deal with 2 claims big mistake which i won,first one was for £484 which they wanted £192,because i cashed check i paid them , but now won £1800 ,now they want 800 ,which i am not having ,i would rather give back to bank as this company also had hidden cost which i am not happy about as i did not argee too ,is there anything i can do ,to tell truth i would rather not have money if have to repay them £800 ,which i have told them this on phone ,any good advice oot there

Unfortunately that is what they do. You do not get anything free from these people. Can you name them and shame them on here. There are lots of threads with these companies that have let people down.

Did you sign any paperwork? If so I am sure their full terms and conditions would be on there. If you feel they have not treated you fairly then you can report them to the Ministry of Justice.

Hi , i will name & shame the company, what would happen if i refuse money means they get nothing & theres not a thing they can do am i correct ,i also signed no paper work ,so whats worst they can do to me

So they sent you no paperwork to sign. Did you pay a deposit on your card over the phone for them to continue the claim?

Hi ,
never paid them any cash apart from £192 from first money i got £484 which i was so mad about, but with this one 1888 , i am not give them there cash i would rather lose my share ,they cant not force me to take can they ,so we both lose ,had enough of these companys more hidden cost than banks

You should expect them to take you to the small claims court to recover the money. Claims companies are very active on making sure they get paid.

So, how did the claims company deal with your complaint if they didnt have letters of authority etc? Companies will not correspond with claims companies unless they have a signed authorisation.

Hi, even if i dont take money they can take me to court ( could i fight them in court as canny pay for something i wont take ) ,& when they cold call there was never a charge spoke about ,they just said let them deal with it ,i think i must been mad to let them ,i am daft to dig heels in here ,for me its now not a money thing
