I just went and did my weekly shop at Tescos - went with the idea of adding it all up on Tesco.com first and then seeing if we could come out spending less..... :money: well we picked up a couple of treats and some bigger packets of things that were on offer - but only spent £5 over what we budgeted (pre LBM it would have been at least £15 over).
The best bit was that we got there and I realised that I had forgotten my purse so OH had to pay (we usually take turns) so I ended up not spending anything.... does that count?! :rolleyes:Debt free date - June 2008 :T :T :T0 -
Big fat no spender for me today too
Helped BF move into student accomodation today so was entertained and did some light exercise.
And now thankfully (phew!) shops are closed for the day.
Will be joining the challenge, with £10 myself. Possibly need some items from tesco........... but not sure what yet. Have lunches for work sorted, will at house and home

The annoying thing is that my wife had written a list - I just forgot to take it!I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
